What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Quality Inn and Suites?
We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and would like to work in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Job functions for Front Desk Agent include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing information about our hotel, room types, rates and amenities to customers both on the phone and face-to-face
- Managing online and phone reservations
- Performing all check-in and check-out tasks which includes welcoming and registering guests upon arrival and collecting necessary information.
- Giving local area information to the customers
- Responding to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicating with housekeeping to accommodate guests needs
- Completing other required duties
- Part -Time or Full-Time position
- Afternoon Shift
- $13.00 per hour
