Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Assist with night audit duties as required.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Support multilingual guests by communicating effectively in their preferred language when possible.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is highly desirable.
- Strong background in customer service or guest relations is essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality software systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required to provide outstanding guest services.
