Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling all payment transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues they may have during their stay
- Perform night audit duties as needed to ensure accurate daily accounting records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role, preferably within a hotel or resort setting
- Proficiency in bilingual communication is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest relations effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and hotel operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
