What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Clerk -2nd shift position at Quality Inn and Suites?
Quality Inn is newly renovated Hotel. We are looking for a Full Time Front Desk Clerk for our hotel. As a Front Desk Clerk you will need to have knowledge of great customer service and ability to work in Fast paced environment. As a Front Desk Clerk in Quality inn a candidate will be responsible for:
- Check in & check out
- Answer phone calls
- Able to work individually
- Greet and well-come Guest professionally
- Keep front desk area and Lobby nice, tidy and Clean
- Enthusiastic and Energetic
- Accuracy in work
- Reliable and punctual for work and Duties
- Able to work in fast pace
- Multitasking
- Excellent customer service
- Available for 3 pm- 11 pm and/or few other shifts
- Must know fluent English and Spanish (Plus but not required)
- Be able to drive to work on their own
- Authorized to work in USA
Skills:
- Must know computer
- Basic knowledge of Google, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
Education:
- High school
- Associates Degrees or some College
Experience:
- Basic customer service experience (1 year or less)
- Knowledge of equivalent work
- Hotel front Desk experience (not required but PLUS)
