Front Desk/Night Audit

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. A background in hospitality or guest services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Assist with night audit duties as required.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Support multilingual guests by communicating effectively in their preferred language when possible.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is highly desirable.
• Strong background in customer service or guest relations is essential.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with hospitality software systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required to provide outstanding guest services.
