Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Supervise, train, and manage bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to ensure the bar is always fully stocked and operational.
- Customer Service: Foster a welcoming environment for guests, handle customer complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, prepare reports, and monitor sales to meet financial targets.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and plan special events, promotions, and themed nights to attract customers and increase revenue.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws and licensing requirements.
- Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bar and increase customer footfall.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of bar management operations, including inventory control and cost management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
