What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at Quality Inn and Suites?
- Greet, respond and check guests in with superior customer service responding to guest needs
- Perform guest transactions, balance accounting reports, process reservations and credit cards.
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry
