- Assemble furniture and equipment as needed.
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to enhance the appearance of properties.
- Install doors, windows, and cabinetry with precision.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
