What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Housekeeper position at Quality Inn and Suites?
We are looking for a Head Housekeeper, you will be a supervisor to the other Housekeepers while on shift.
Job requirements:
-Maintain a level of property cleanliness that matches our standards: you will not only be supervising housekeepers, you will also be cleaning outdoor areas while they are in rooms and working.
-Must be able to be on your feet and moving for the entire shift.
-Maintain a level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that matches our standards.
-When standards are not met, you have to send the housekeeper it was assigned to back to correct the issues.
-Indoor and outdoor entry for rooms, during the summer it's hot and in the winter it's cold. The rooms will cool you and warm you up but during heatwaves it is very hot.
