Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices in industrial cleaning and floor care.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around events and guest needs.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records related to housekeeping operations, including staff performance and supply usage.
