Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.
Skills
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
