We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a vital role in maintaining our facilities and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues related to facilities maintenance.
- Fabricate components as needed to support repairs or improvements.
- Execute residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain and update records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in facility management.
- Experience in residential painting is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or similar roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
