Job Overview
We are seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for our hotel guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in or out of the hotel.
- Handle phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with night audit procedures, including counting and reconciling cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality management certification is preferred.
