JOB SUMMARY
The Housekeeping Supervisor manages the housekeeping and laundry department and performs duties such as inspecting guest rooms, training employees, assisting in laundry, assisting housekeepers to complete their assigned rooms, and organize housekeeping storage rooms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Smile, acknowledge, and greet guests in passing in rooms, hallways, and other public areas.
- Assist with preparing daily work schedules including room boards and expediting workflow.
- Assist with administrative duties such as productivity measurement, updating room status, submitting room work orders, and taking inventory.
- Train employees and ensure they have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties.
- Communicate with the front desk and maintenance regarding room status during peak times.
- Clean guest rooms, including but not limited to stripping beds of all linens and remaking with fresh linens, cleaning the bathroom and closets, gathering and emptying trash, cleaning mirrors, dusting furniture and fixtures including wall hangings, cleaning hard floor areas, and vacuuming.
- Achieve productivity and quality standards for cleaning rooms.
- Other duties as assigned.

Paid Time Offe
We offer up to 40 hours per year in paid time off (PTO).
