Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including organizing supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Prepare meals as needed, ensuring kitchen areas are kept clean and organized.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties, including lifting and moving furniture when necessary.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in housekeeping tasks.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus but not required.
