Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast items including meats, pastries, and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, ensuring all food safety standards are met.
- Restock food and beverages for guests while providing friendly and attentive customer service.
- Clean tables, utensils, and equipment after use to maintain a tidy environment.
- Ensure coffee stations are stocked and maintained throughout the service period.
- Ensure timely preparation of food items.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests to enhance their dining experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in food handling and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in banquet services is a plus.
