Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper handling of all laundry items in a hotel or similar setting.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store all laundry items following company standards
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment such as washers and dryers
- Inspect laundry for stains or damage and pre-treat when necessary
- Keep laundry storage areas clean and organized
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred
- Knowledge of laundering techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards
- Excellent organizational skills to manage laundry flow effectively
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in cleaning industry
- Familiarity with commercial laundry equipment
