Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, including logic controllers, to identify and resolve issues.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance activities.
- Conduct mechanical repairs, including welding when necessary.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks.
- Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, including working with logic controllers.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Previous experience supervising maintenance teams or projects is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for maintenance operations.
