What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Quality Inn and Suites?
We are seeking someone to fill the Night Audit position at Quality Inn & Suites Houghton where we take pride in lodging and hospitality.
Job functions for Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent include but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to promote sales and hospitality at all times both face-to-face and on the phone.
- Responsible for the operations of the front desk including guest reservations, posting and balancing charges and settlements of the day and resetting the systems for the next day's operations.
- Requires customer service skills as well as computer and math skills.
- Other required duties
- Part-time position
- Weekends and weekdays
- Application/Resume require
- 3 to 4 nights a week
