What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Quality Inn by Choice hotels?
Our hotel is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly individual to join our Night Auditor team from 11p-7am. The ideal candidate will have a knack for getting things done quickly, thinking on their feet, and providing excellent customer service. Examples of the Night Auditor's duties include adjusting guest accounts and maintaining accurate records of daily transactions, handling payments and issuing refunds to guests, processing deposits and keeping the property safe and secure at night.
Responsibilities:
- Check in guests and assign them rooms.
- Clean rooms and make beds.
- Receive payments from guests and provide receipts.
- Answer questions about the hotel.
- Report incidents to staff or security personnel.
- Handle the safe in the office.
- Handle money and valuables with care and accuracy.
- Follow company policies regarding guest interactions and hotel procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
