As a Maintenance Person at Quality Inn a, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction by providing a safe and well-functioning environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure safety standards are met.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize maintenance projects based on urgency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills are an asset.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Good command of English for effective communication with team members and guests.
• Leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff as needed.
• Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus.

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• On call
• Weekends as needed
