We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition.
- Assist with laundry services as required.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within assigned timeframes.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming effectively.
- Must be physically able to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy items as needed.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
