Groundskeeper

Report to Supervisor at the beginning of shift to review daily duties and any special requests.

· Pick up and dispose of trash from entry drive-through and front sidewalk ensuring neat/clean curb appeal.

· Report any repair/graffiti/destruction issues immediately to Supervisor.

· Sweep or mop front pedestrian walkways as necessary.

· Empty trash and cigarette containers.

· Pick up and dispose of trash in garage, elevator landings, and stairwells. Ensure all trash containers are empty and areas are swept.

· Remove and dispose of trash from perimeter of building and back dock.

· Scrupulously follow all safety guidelines, i.e.: never using hands to pick up broken glass or sharp objects.
