Hotel Maintenance Technician
Hotel maintenance experience preferred
Duties:
Perform routine preventive maintenance and upkeep of the property, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and boiler system.
Must be familiar with guest room hardware, electronics ( TVs, alarms), appliances ( microwave & refrigerator), door locks, window/window treatment, toilets, showers, sinks, beds and the repair of these items.
Finish maintenance log in timely manner.
Must be able to respond to urgent repairs.
Performs other assigned duties.
Physical Requirements:
· Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying weights up to 50 lbs. and greater
· Frequent bending and/or kneeling throughout the day
· Mobility throughout the hotel, all floors, varying heights, distances and temperatures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
