Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Promote hotel services, special offers, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
Skills
- STRONG SKILLS WITH CHOICE HOTELS RESERVATION SYSTEM REQUIRED.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and reservations.
- Hotel or hospitality is required.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus.
- or multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with Hotel operations and guest services will enhance performance in this role.
