What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Quality Inn of Lamar - Mill Hall PA?
This position is part-time only to start. Must be available weekends and evenings.
Front desk agent should be familiar with and comfortable using office equipment including computers. Candidate would be assisting guests, making reservations, light cleaning and upkeep. Communicating with other members of staff. Answering phones, handling money. Running shift reports and most importantly, making our guests feel welcome.
Candidates must be available and willing to work all shifts. Primarily second shift which is 3pm-11pm. The other two shifts are first which is from 7am-3pm, and third shift which is 11pm-7am.
This job will start out with a couple shifts a week with the ability to pick up more as the needs at the hotel change.
Candidates must be available for weekends and holidays.
