We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and performing other administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should also be able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities, and local interests.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls.
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, and other general information.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Audit experience and willingness to work 3rd shift is a major plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
