What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/Relief Night Audit position at Quality Inn Pigeon Forge?
A Front Desk Clerk represents the first point of contact with the guests of the hotel. They perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls and greeting clients. Responsible for checking guests in and out of hotel, ensuring each guest has the best stay possible. You would handle guest problems and complaints so problem solving, and customer service skills are a must. Must be a team player, friendly and professional. Experience in front desk and audit is preferred.
***Please understand this position is for 2nd shift and night audit, 3 shifts on 2nd and 2 on 3rd**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
