Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, providing accurate information regarding hotel services, reservations, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
  • Assist with reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing exceptional guest relations.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
