Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing accurate information regarding hotel services, reservations, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a courteous manner.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Assist with reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing exceptional guest relations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
