Front Desk Sales Associate

• Welcoming the hotel guests at front desk and handling incoming and outgoing sales calls.
• Helping sell hotel rooms and processing payments.
• Performing the check in and outs, stay extensions, room upgrades and upselling.
• Assisting the supervisor in day to day front desk functions.
• Maintaining the front desk and surrounding lobby area in an orderly and organized manner.
• Coordinating with the team members and other departments for daily operational duties.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Experience in retail sales and stocking merchandise
• Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math
• Ability to operate POS systems and conduct product demonstrations
• Bilingual skills are a plus, along with phone etiquette and supervisory experience
• Relevant experience in a grocery store setting is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
