Overview
The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for, but not limited to, assisting hotel guests and attending to their needs, utilizing the highest possible level of guest services, and ensuring the hotel creates memorable guest experiences.
Duties Include
- Assisting guest with check in and check out processes
- Providing information to guest and visitor inquiries
- Processing guest billing/accounting correctly & efficiently
- Handling cash effectively and accurately
- Answer hotel telephones professionally and courteously
- Follow Quality Inn & Suites – Ashburn’s operational policies and procedures
- Respond to all guest requests
- Monitor cleanliness of lobby
- Book Reservations
- Maintain and organize all work areas.
Job Requirements
- Flexible Schedule (we operate 24 hrs/day, 365 days a year. Nights & weekends are expected)
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with constant guest interaction
- Provide a Guest Experience that exceeds their expectations
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Must be able to work independently
- FLEXIBLE HOURS ARE A MUST. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED.
