Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Laundry team member to join our Quality Inn and Suites family in Niagara Falls. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, ensuring that all rooms and laundry services meet our quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels efficiently.
• Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet quality standards before guest check-in.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
