Summary

As a Night Auditor at Quality Inn and Suites, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. This position is essential for maintaining guest satisfaction and managing financial transactions, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics.
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and record keeping.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
