What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper - Weekend Availability position at Quality Inn & Suites University?
Want to try something new, housekeeping could be it! We are looking for housekeepers to work 5 days a week, between 30-40 hours. Applicants should have both Saturday and Sunday availability. Our housekeeping shifts start at 9am.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Follow training and housekeeper guides to ensure optimal room cleanliness
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any inventory shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
- Attend staff meetings
