What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Custodial Worker position at Quality Inn & Suites?

Seeking part-time custodian/Maintenance person for our hotel. Duties will include keeping grounds clean and free of debris, emptying trash inside and outside of the building,stocking supplies, routine AC maintenance, general plumbing, general repair. Must have reliable transportation and be flexible in schedule.
