Job Description
- Currently looking for someone to work Part Time but a full time position will become available in the near future.
Only hours that are currently available are Tuesdays 4pm-12am, and Wednesdays 4pm-12am. More hours will become available. You must be able to work these hours. Please take this into consideration before submitting your application.
The job of a Guest Services Representative is to..
- Welcome and greet guests as they enter the hotel.
- Count the till at the beginning and end of every shift.
- Check in guests when they arrive and check out guests when they depart.
- Every shift is responsible for keeping the workplace clean. This involves sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters/tables in the lobby, cleaning windows, spills, etc.
- Folding laundry (sheets and towels)
- First shift workers are responsible for putting the breakfast away for the day and cleaning the breakfast area.
- Answering the phone, booking reservations
- And most importantly, offering great customer service to our guests so they have a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Customer service experience
- Must be on time, show up for scheduled shifts.
- Familiar with computers
- Must be a team player (We are a team at Quality Inn)
- Good work ethic
- Takes accountability for their actions.
- Responsible, honest, trustworthy individual.
- A nice, friendly, bubbly personality is desired.
