As Sales Coordinator, you’ll steer the entire sales process from initial spark to final handshake. Think of yourself as the project manager of epic customer experiences – organizing, communicating and collaborating to ensure everything flows smoothly and deadlines are crushed. You’ll connect the dots between departments, keep the vibe positive and ensure customers get that ‘wow’ moment. You’ll be the engine behind our sales success, managing operations, supporting customers and helping close deals. Your goal is to make every customer interaction seamless, memorable and meaningful.
What You’ll Do:
· Sales Process Rockstar:
o Craft and deliver standout quotes, proposals and contracts in collaboration with the DOS.
o Optimize workflows to keep things efficient and customer focused.
· Revenue Champion:
o Help the hotels meet sales targets through anticipating the needs of our customers.
o Be bold – engage in cold calls and facilitate efficient delivery of proposals supporting customer’s dreams.
· Relationship Builder:
o Engage directly with customers to build confidence to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
o Collaborate with the DOS to create meaningful strategies to maintain and grow our client base.
· Lead Guru:
o Generate sales leads like a pro through prospecting.
o Collaborate with staff to create a sales culture.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
· Communicates like a pro: You present ideas clearly and are a great listener.
· Is Tech-Savvy: CRM systems, data analytics, and virtual presentations? No problem.
· Is a Problem-Solver: You find creative solutions that make customers happy.
What you Bring:
· 3-5 years of sales, customer service or sales support roles.
· Customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
