Job Overview:
The Programs Analyst / Training Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the National Guard's Substance Abuse Prevention (SAP), Suicide Prevention Program (SPP), and Risk Reduction Support initiatives. This role will involve program analysis, coordination, and training, ensuring all programs meet specified goals and are executed effectively. The individual will also be responsible for briefing executive-level audiences and developing performance metrics to track the success of these programs.

The individual will also be responsible for briefing executive-level audiences and developing performance metrics to track the success of these programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Analysis & Support: Analyze and assess the effectiveness of SAP, SPP, and Risk Reduction Support programs.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training for National Guard units, ensuring content aligns with program goals.
- Metric Development & Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel to develop and track key program performance metrics.
- Executive-Level Briefings: Prepare and deliver briefings to executive-level audiences, conveying program progress and outcomes clearly and concisely.
- Program & Case Management Support: Provide ongoing program and case management for Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, and Resilience programs.
- Certification Requirement: Obtain Level 1 Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) certification within 6 months of employment.
- Education: Master’s Degree in a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of four years of practical experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, Resilience, or a similar program.
- Experience:
- At least four years of practical experience in program management, training coordination, and case management.
- Experience delivering instructing and briefing skills to executive-level audiences.
