Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, problem-solving, and winning in a competitive environment.
Qualifications
- Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Communication skills
- Knowledge of insulation and roofing products and services
- Experience in preparing and presenting proposals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
