Quality Ironworks has an immediate opening for a bilingual (English & Spanish speaking and writing) Administrative Assistant at our headquarters in Dallas, TX supporting the Shop Foreman.
Must be Bilingual English and Spanish
Ideal Candidate :
Someone fresh out of High School or College- No experience is necessary! We will train you as long as your bilingual!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Provide general administrative and clerical support to management
Maintain and update production schedule
Assign shop routing instruction to all jobs
Review employee timecards and work as a liaison for the accounting department
Work with project superintendents to coordinate production updates and changes
Assist with onboarding of new shop employees
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements :
Must have experience working with Excel / Word / Microsoft Outlook
Must be Bilingual English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent required
A team-player with the ability of communicate to all different members of the project team is essential
Nice To Have :
Previous administrative experience 2 years
