Production Pre-Walk Specialist
Location: Omaha, NE (On-site)

Salary: $55,000 base pay bonus opportunities

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Pre-Walk Specialist to ensure properties are fully prepared before the execution of commercial and residential projects. In this role, you will identify potential challenges, verify critical project details, and serve as a key liaison between the project team and property owners.

Key Responsibilities
Site Preparation & Verification
- Update pick sheets and review design plans for project accuracy
- Stake or mark property corners and verify project boundaries
- Locate property utilities, private lines, and drain tile systems
- Identify and document any jobsite challenges (e.g., roots, fencing, slope, etc.)
- Confirm controller and outlet locations for proper installation readiness
- Verify boring requirements and call out as needed
- Confirm tap and backflow locations
Quality Control & Documentation
- Check for and document any pre-existing property damage (upload photos to ServiceTitan)
- Assess sod conditions, determine if rooted, and note necessary adjustments
- Flag and mark modifications, extra parts, or labor (e.g., hand digging, ladder access)
- Upload photos of all critical items for internal communication and tracking
Homeowner & Team Communication
- Speak with homeowners on-site to review layout, design plans, and future changes (e.g., patios, decks, fences)
- Relay important property information back to install crews and managers
Qualifications
Required
- Previous experience in landscaping, irrigation, construction, or property prep
- Ability to identify site conditions and utility layouts
- Strong communication skills and professionalism with homeowners
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with field work and using mobile tech platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan)
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, lift, and navigate uneven terrain
- Work performed outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasional interaction with clients and internal teams in person or by phone
- Must be able to travel locally to assigned properties
