What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Floor Cleaner (NIGHTS) position at Quality Janitorial Group?
Quality Janitorial Group is seeking hardworking individuals with Janitorial/Housekeeping experience to join our team as a Janitorial Floor Cleaner. Previous experience in using floor equipment and floor care chemicals is preferred but not required.
The hours for this PART-TIME shift are Monday-Friday, 5-9 PM.
- ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Floor Technicians are responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet, such as, sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting of areas that include offices, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and other public areas such as break rooms.
You will be asked to perform other tasks as needed.
- Skills
- Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Very good physical condition and strength
- High school diploma is preferred but not required
Job Type: Part-time, 5-9 PM, Asheville, NC
