At Quality Janitorial Group we believe in providing a high standard of cleanliness that creates a safe and welcoming space for all. As a Janitorial Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our staff deliver top-quality service while overseeing a variety of cleaning operations.
- Lead and Manage: Supervise and support cleaning staff across various locations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Schedule and Organize: Manage daily schedules, including lunch breaks, and ensure staff are deployed where needed.
- Training & Development: Train and mentor new team members to perform at their best.
- Inventory & Supplies: Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are always available.
- Ensure Quality: Maintain strict adherence to cleanliness protocols and quality standards.
- Flexibility and Coverage: Be a floating cleaner, filling in for absent team members and ensuring smooth operations across multiple buildings.
- Competitive Pay: Earn $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.

- Experience: Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is a must (1 year). Supervisory experience is a plus!
- Leadership Skills: You’ll be guiding a team, so strong organizational and management skills are key.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a hands-on role.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills for tracking schedules and inventory.
- Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to travel between locations.
- Full-time: Monday to Friday
- Weekend and On-Call Availability: Flexibility for weekend work and coverage when needed
- Cleaning (1 year required)
License/Certification: - Driver's License (Required)
Shift Availability: - Night Shift (Preferred)
