Catering Cook Responsibilities
May Include:
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Preparing food for events
- Setting up catering plating stations
- hot box plate-ups and live plate-ups
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
