We are currently looking for passionate and skilled culinary professionals to join our growing catering team. The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for the development, preparation, production, and execution of desserts and related tasks. While ensuring consistency, creativity and quality.
Job Requirements:
- experience with scratch baking ~ pies, cakes desserts etc.
- cake decorating ~ sculpting, buttercream & fondant
- creative plated desserts
- development of menus and cost control
- assurance of proper kitchen sanitation and safety
- fast, clean, organized, and reliable worker
- a team player willing to teach and mentor others
- a passion for the food you create and serve
- great attitude and communication
- availability days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- availability to work off site parties and assist in a variety of work stations
