What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Plow Operator position at Quality Landscape and Lawn Care?
Quality Landscape and Lawn Care is actively hiring and seeking skilled and experienced operators that can operate snowplow equipment such as wheel loaders, skid loaders and trucks with attached plows for seasonal work.
Requirements/Things to Know:
- Operate one of our company plow/salt trucks.
- Drivers must be available 24-7 during winter snow events.
- Directly reporting to your assigned property location is allowed.
- MUST have a valid driver’s license and plowing experience.
- Team Members get paid weekly.

Our business provides commercial clients with dependable snow and ice removal during the winter months, and lawn care services throughout the rest of the year. We take pride in our work, servicing high-end residential and commercial clients in the North Shore and greater Milwaukee areas, for more than 28 years.
We're also looking for members to join our sidewalk crew to shovel walkways and spread salt. No experience needed, if you know anyone let us know.
