Seeking an office Assistant who excels in customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Assistant will handle many of the day-to-day administrative tasks. To be successful the candidate must be outgoing, detail oriented, and able to multi-task Office Assistant duties and responsibilities.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and prepare messages
- Sorting and responding to general email inquiries
- Scheduling
- Prepare customer invoices
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and processing customer orders
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Multi-task with ability to “change gears“ frequently
- Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus but not required, we will train

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
