Responsibilities
- Develop and implement repair and maintenance schedules for all areas of the facility and the grounds
- Interview, train, and supervise any maintenance team staff
- Assure that maintenance personnel are performing assigned tasks in accordance with established maintenance procedures
- Supervise repair scheduled and any maintenance by outside contractors
- As a Maintenance Director you will oversee maintenance and waste disposal procedures
- Maintain materials safety data sheets (MSDS)
- Identify areas and equipment in need of repair, report to administration, and schedule maintenance
- Maintain all logs in a neat and organized manner
