RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As an Activity Aide, you will implement programs for individual and group activities based on resident’s needs and abilities
- Plan and conduct activity programs to assist residents in returning to the community
- Schedule and implement room visits and in-room activities for residents unable to leave their room
- Plan and schedule both indoor and outdoor activities for residents
- Document all resident and family interactions and complete progress notes
- Provide a pleasant and entertaining environment for residents during their stay
- Driving the company omnibus for resident outings
REQUIREMENTS
- Desire to provide excellent patient care!
- Current PA driver’s license
- Experience in long-term care preferred
