RESPONSIBILITIES
- The LPN Wellness Director oversees the clinical wellness of our personal care residents
- Overseeing medication, lab results, physician appointments for resident
- Work in coordination with our Personal Care Administrator
- Completes accurate charting, reporting, and progress notes
REQUIREMENTS
- Active and good-standing LPN license
- Personal care experience preferred
- Experience in clinical wellness preferred
